Live Love Limited is a Christian non-profit organization existing to meet the needs of the people in rural communities in a holistic way. This includes economic, health, education and social sectors. This is achieved by partnering with local/traditional leaders in the community and other organizations locally and internationally. Live Love started in response to the spiritual and poverty need that has swept over the country especially in the rural communities.

Live Love Limited wishes to recruit qualified and experienced persons to fill the following posts in order to achieve its objectives in the country.

Education Coordinator

Definition

The education coordinator is responsible for overseeing the development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of all educational programs at Live love Limited.

Supervision

The Education Coordinator works under the direct supervision of the Programs Director.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning and coordination of all educational program activities
  • Help build positive relations with the team and external parties (community)
  • Ensure programs run in accordance to the organization’s objectives
  • Assess community needs and recommend changes
  • Lead VBS in all our communities
  • Lead after school program
  • Mentor kids that are on our program
  • Help with mission trips
  • Maintain and track expenditure/transactions
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Any other tasks as directed by the relevant authorities

Education, Training, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university with major course work in education or related field is required.
  • At least three years of experience working in a leadership position at a recognized Experience as an interpreter, community expert, Bible knowledge and youth advocate also preferred.
  • Able to work with people in rural communities.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrate an understanding, patient, and receptive attitude toward students of varied age groups, including adults in small as well as large group activities.

Youth and Sports Coordinator

Definition

The Youth and Sports Coordinator is responsible for implementation of Live Love youth and sports programs. Reviewing and recommending changes for impactful results.

Supervision

The Youth and Sports Coordinator works under the direct supervision of the Programs Director.

Roles:

  • Plan, prepare & deliver exceptional youth programs, sports leagues, and activities to meet Live Love Limited mission and values, serve LLL members and the community, and attract new members and participants.
  • Assist with development of special family and youth events and special events related to program development, and membership development.
  • Assist in oversight of physical facilities and maintenance of equipment.
  • Help build positive relations with the team and external parties (community)
  • Ensure programs run in accordance to the organization’s objectives
  • Assess community needs and recommend changes or new programs based on the needs
  • Help with mission trips
  • Maintain and track expenditure/transactions
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Any other tasks as directed by the relevant authorities

Job Skills and Experience Needs:

  • Degree in P.E., Recreation, Fitness/Wellness, Education, or related field/equivalent experience.
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Able to work with people in rural communities
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Three years’ experience working in the same position.
